Conemaugh Township Ordinances
We have made these ordinances related to business and development available in an effort to make it easier for anyone wishing to locate in the towenship obtain the necessary permits.  We cooperate and work with developers to our mutual advantage, but the ordinances, most required by various state laws, as a condition of issuing building permits, are enforced as a way of protecting the value of property already located here.

• SEWER LATERAL CERTIFICATION UPON SALE, As part of the effort of all communities served by the Dornick Point Sewage Treatment Plant to correct excessive wet weather flows in the sewer system, Conemaugh Township has adopted an ordinance requiring pressure testing of sewer laterals upon sale of real property.
