Welcome to the Pegasus Sewer Authority Home Page!

The Pegasus Sewer Authority was incorporated in February of 1996 (under the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act) for the purpose of providing a sewage collection system and utility right of ways to the residents of Conemaugh Township Cambria County in the area between the Johnstown Cambria County Airport (in Richland Township) and the City of Johnstown. Eventually the sewage collection trunk line will be capable of providing sewer service to almost two thirds of the residents of the township.

Our purpose in putting this page on the internet is to provide information on our operations to residents of Conemaugh Township and the general public and to advertise our municipality as a location for business and residential development.
